      研究了在3%Mo/HZSM-5催化剂上添加Fe、Cr、Co、Ga助剂对甲烷芳构化反应的影响,以及添加的物料比与甲烷转化率、碳氢化合物和焦炭的选择性、苯产物分布的关系。结果表明,添加Fe、Cr、Co、Ga金属助剂,调整了HZSM-5的酸性,从而改变了催化剂的活性,XRD 结果表明,添加了Co、Fe助剂的催化剂,使用后其HZSM-5分子筛的晶相结构发生了变化。

      Effects of the addition of Fe, Cr, and Ga additives to 3%Mo/HZSM 5 catalyst on the aromatization of methane have been studied. The results showed that these metal additives promote the dehydrogenation and dissociation of methane on catalyst, and with the well composited catalyst, the conversion of propane, selectivity to hydrocarbon products and yield of benzene reach maxima while the selectivity to coke is minimized. NH 3 TPD profiles indicate that Mo and Fe additives modify the acidity of HZSM 5 zeolite, so that the catalytic activity is changed. XRD patterns show that the phase structure of Fe modified catalyst changes after being used.
