      首次将等离子体技术应用于分子筛膜的制备,研究了以微波等离子体处理基材表面分子筛膜前驱体辅助水热反应合成支撑β型分子筛膜.利用XRD、SEM、XPS、BET、TPD表征了分子筛膜的物相、形貌、孔结构、表面元素组成和表面酸性,并通过甲醇与异丁烯液相反应体系实验考察了分子筛膜的催化性能.结果表明,等离子体处理能有效改善分子筛膜前驱体在基材表面的分散状况,减小了分子筛膜晶体的尺度,使晶体大小均匀,形成的膜致密、牢固.与采用常规方法合成的分子筛膜相比,等离子体辅助合成的分子筛膜对甲醇与异丁烯的反应有更好的催化活件.

      This paper reports on the first application of plasma to preparation for zeolite membranes. The effects of microwave plasma on zeolitical precursors over supports and subsequently hydrothermal-synthesized zeolite beta membranes were studied experimentally. The as prepared membranes were characterized using XRD, SEM, XPS, BET and TPD as well as evaluated in the liquid-phase reaction of methanol with isobutene. Results have shown that the plasma treatment improved the dispersion of the precursors substantially and reduced the sizes of zeolite crystals efficiently. Supported zeolite beta membranes prepared by the plasma-assisted synthesis are much more uniform and demonstrate enhanced catalytic performance comparing to that obtained using conventional method.
