      用浸渍法混合负载制备一种复合氧化物催化剂CuO/Bi2O3/HZSM-5,用XRD,TPR,TG/DTA等分析手段对催化剂的理化性能进行表征.催化活性实验结果表明该催化剂对甲醛乙炔反应制取丁炔二醇具有制备简单、成本低、活性好的特点.
英文摘要:
      The CuO/Bi2O3/HZSM-5 catalyst for synthesis of 1, 4-butynediol(BD) by slurry bed was prepared and characterized by XRD, TPR and TG/DTA. The catalytic reaction was carried out at 363 K and atmospheric pressure, giving a 92% yield of BD with nearly 98.8% BD selectivity. The experiment results show that the catalyst has good catalytic activity, selectivity, reusability and thermal stability.
