      摘要:在二乙胺的存在下,用混合溶剂合成二氯二茂钛,反应条件温和,合成操作安全可靠,收率达76.8%;洗涤产物滤饼时用甲醇代替盐酸,避免了酸性废水的产生与排放;最后用甲苯重结晶后得到的晶体不仅晶形好、纯度高,而且通过对该催化剂加氢催化性能的研究,确定反应温度为67-75℃,压力为2.0MPa以上,催化剂用量为0.4mmol/100g聚合物时,反应2小时丁苯共聚物的加氢度达98%以上。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: The titanocene dichloride was synthesized under mild and reliable conditions with yield 78.6%, in the presence of diethylamine with mixture solvent. In this method washing the product cake with methanol instead of hydrochloric acid to avoid production of acidic waste water, finally the crystals were recrystallized from toluene with good shape and high purity. The Catalytic hydrogenation of butadiene-styrene copolymer properties were also studied,the result showed when the ratio of catalyst and polymer was 0.4 mmol:100g and Reacted 2 hours the degree of hydrogenation of butadiene-styrene copolymer reached 98% with temperature of 67-75 oC and pressure of 2.0Mpa.
