      新型双芳烃桥连的salen钛配合物是一种高活性的催化三甲基硅腈对醛不对称加成反应的催化剂,底物与催化剂用量比率可达1000:1。由(R,R)-1,2-环已二胺和3,5-二叔丁基水杨醛合成的催化剂4在催化三甲基硅腈对醛不对称加成反应中达到87%的对映选择性。
英文摘要:
      The Biaryl-bridged Salen Ti complexes are catalytically active at substrate-to-catalyst ratios as high as 1000:1 in the reaction of asymmetric addition of trimethylsilyl cyanide to aldehydes, and the optimal catalyst 4 derived from (R,R)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane and 3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde produces trimethylsilyl ethers of cyanohydrins with up to 87% enantiomeric excess at ambient temperature.
