      在本文中,我们将总结过去十年亚磷酸酯配体合成及其在不对称氢化中的应用。分别介绍双齿、单齿、和杂环P,P'配体、杂环P, N配体的设计和合成,以及在不对称催化氢化反应中获得的结果,并简单进行机理方面的讨论。对于每个特定的反应,我们特别关注反应条件的优化。
英文摘要:
      In this papers, we will summarize the past decade, synthesis of phosphite ligands and their application in asymmetric hydrogenation. Were introduced design and synthesis of bidentate, monodentate, and heterocyclic P, P 'ligands, heterocyclic P, N ligands, as well as in catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation of the results obtained and briefly discussed aspects of the mechanism. For each specific reactions, we are particularly concerned about the optimization of reaction conditions.
