      用固相反应法制得的铝掺杂二氧化钛(Al-TiO2)材料研究了该材料在可见光下对吡啶的可见光降解性能,着重探讨了材料的微结构与可见光催化活性的关联。结果表明,处于热力学亚稳体系的锐钛矿型的Al-TiO2粉体材料,对吡啶的可见光降解活性远高于纯TiO2;其可见光催化活性与微晶尺寸呈正相关性而与晶格畸变应力呈负相关性。Al3 掺杂产生的缺陷主要以自由体积缺陷为主,微孔洞缺陷为辅,但微孔洞缺陷浓度对光催化活性起决定性作用。光催化活性与正电子的平均寿命呈正相关性,与正电子在浅、深俘获区寿命强度的比值(I1/I2)呈负相关性。
英文摘要:
      Visible light degradation property of pyridine on the surface of Al-doped titanium dioxide materials prepared by a solid-state reaction was investigated. The correlations between microstructure and visible light catalytic activity for Al-doped TiO2 materials were emphatically discussed. The results show that visible light degradation activity of pyridine on anatase Al-doped TiO2 powder materials in a thermodynamics metastable state are higher than pure TiO2, and it is positive to crystallite size but negative to crystal lattice distorting stress. The microdefects resulted from the doping of aluminum exist primarily as free volume defects, and as microvoid defects. However, the photocatalytic activity is determined by the concentration of microvoid defects. And it shows a positive correlation to the mean positron lifetime but a negative correlation to the ratio of positron lifetime density (I1) in narrow capture area and positron lifetime density (I2) in deep capture area.
