      以纳米Fe3O4为载体,以钛酸四丁酯为前躯体,用溶胶—凝胶法在Fe3O4表面包覆TiO2层,制备Fe3O4/TiO2光催化材料。透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和红外光谱(IR)分析表明,TiO2在纳米Fe3O4颗粒表面形成很好的包覆层。用Fe3O4/TiO2光催化材料对工业上难处理的酚类废水进行处理,结果表明,当TiO2质量分数为60%-70%时,催化剂的光催化降解活性和磁分离回收性能均较好;当光照时间为l.5小时,Fe3O4/ TiO2 (TiO2质量分数70% )可使4-硝基苯酚的降解率达98.6%,Fe3O4/ TiO2在重复利用六次后,催化效率仍能达到86.3%。
英文摘要:
       With nano-Fe3O4 as carrier, Fe3O4/TiO2 nanocomposite was synthesized by sol-gel method with tetrabutyl titanate as the precursor. The nanocomposite was charactered by TEM,XRD, XPS, and FTIR, and the results indicate Fe3O4 nanoparticles are wrapped by TiO2.The composite was applied to the treatment of wastewater containing phenolic compounds,and the results indicated that at the TiO2 contents in the range 60% -70% ,the Fe3O4/TiO2 nanocomposite shows more excellent photocatalysis activity for degradation of P-Nitrophenol and magnetic recyclability. It is found that UV light up 1.5h,wt(TiO2) is70% ,the degradation ratio of P-Nitrophenol is 98.6%.and the degradation efficiency up to 86.3% after six times.
