以有色金?属尾矿为载体原料,经不同温度焙烧预处理、等体积浸渍制备了镍基催化剂并用于CO2重整CH4制合成气,重点考察了有色金属尾矿焙烧温度对催化剂性能的影响。用ICP-AES, XRD测定了有色金属尾矿的成分,用H2-TPR,CO2-TPD,TPO等对催化剂的还原性能、吸附性能、抗积碳性能进行了表征。结果表明,850℃焙烧的有色金属尾矿负载镍基催化剂具有较好的还原性能、CO2吸附性能、催化活性以及抗积碳性能。在800℃条件下重整反应CO2转化率为78.5%,CH4转化率为71.2%,CO选择性达92.2%。 |

Utilizing calcined nonferrous metal tailings as supports to propared a series of Ni based catalysts by wetness impregation method and employed in the CO2 reforming of CH4 to syngas,the appropriate calcination temperature of tailings material has been emphatically studied.ICP-AES, XRD were used to analysis the composition of tailings and the catalyst samples were also characterized by H2-TPR, CO2-TPD, TPO at the same time.The results showed that the Ni catalyst whose tailing-support calcined at 850℃ has a better redox, absorptive, anti-coking property and high catalytic activity. The conversion of CO2 and CH4 respectively was 78.5%, 71.2% ,and selectivity of CO was 92.2% when CO2 reforming of CH4 reaction was progressing at 800℃. |
