      分别以廉价易得的天然粘土为载体,制得CeCuK/高岭土、CeCuK/膨润土、CeCuK/活性白土催化剂,并进行了BET、XRD、Raman、H2-TPR、ICP、SEM等表征及HCl催化氧化性能研究。结果显示:CeCuK/活性白土具有较大的比表面积、孔容和平均孔径,活性组分CuO晶粒在活性白土载体上分散较好;在三种催化剂上CuO物种还原顺序为:CeCuK/活性白土 > CeCuK/膨润土>CeCuK/高岭土;CeCuK/活性白土表现出较好的催化性能,当反应温度为430 ℃,HCl的质量空速为1.53 h-1时,V(HCl):V(O2)=1:1,催化剂上HCl的反应能力为749 L?kg-1?h-1。
英文摘要:
      Used cheap and available natural clays (activated clay, bentonite and colin) as supports, CeCuK/activated clay, CeCuK/bentonite and CeCuK/colin catalysts for the oxidation of HCl were prepared, respectively, and characterized by technologies of BET, XRD, Raman, H2-TPR, ICP and ESEM, as well as their corresponding catalytic oxidation performance was studied. The experimental results showed that CeCuK/activated clay catalyst had the maximum values of surface area, pore volume and pore diameter, and active component CuO was most dispersed on the support of activated clay. The reducing sequence of catalysts was as follows: CeCuK/activated clay > CeCuK/bentonite > CeCuK/colin. Under conditions of bed temperature 430℃ and HCl weight space-time speed 1.53 h-1, V(HCl):V(O2)=1:1,the reaction capablity of HCl on catalyst CeCuK/activated clay reached 749 L?kg-1?h-1.
