      制备了多种载体(MCM-41、ZSM-5、γ-Al2O3、TiO2)负载的Ni-VPO催化剂,对催化剂进行XRD、FT-IR、SEM表征,考察了它们在苯乙烯催化氧化选择性合成苯甲醛反应中的活性。结果表明,Ni-VPO/TiO2对苯乙烯催化氧化反应具有最好的转化率和选择性,在优化条件下,苯乙烯转化率为91.2%,苯甲醛选择性76%。认为TiO2载体提高了(VO)2P2O7在载体表面的分散程度,抑制(VO)2P2O7的聚合,以及可能发生的TiO2与VPO某种程度的键联,是催化活性提高的主要原因。
英文摘要:
      Supported nickel modified vanadium phosphate oxide (Ni-VPO) catalysts were prepared using different supports such as MCM-41、ZSM-5、γ-Al2O3、TiO2 and characterized by XRD, FT-IR and SEM spectra. Their catalytic activity for the selective oxidation of styrene to benzaldehyde was investigated. The results revealed that TiO2 supported Ni-VPO catalyst was the most effective catalyst in comparison to other supported Ni-VPOs. Under the optimal conditions, the convertion of styrene is 91.2% , and the selectivity of benzaldehyde is 76%. It is believed that TiO2 help to disperse the active phase (VO)2P2O7 on the surface and prevent it to aggregate. Meanwhile, to some extent the molecular binding between TiO2 and VPO is the primary factor for the high catalytic activity.
