      采用浸渍法制备了Pt/AC,Pt/ZrO2,Pt/Al2O3催化剂,并将其用于甲胺湿法催化氧化(CWAO)反应.发现载体对Pt催化活性具有十分明显的影响,当Pt负载到活性炭载体表面时具有最佳催化活性,而负载到氧化铝载体表面时,其催化活性最差.在Pt/AC,Pt/ZrO2,Pt/Al2O3催化剂存在时,一甲胺彻底矿化所需最低温度分别为200,250和280 ℃.Pt/AC催化剂优异的催化活性主要归因于金属活性组分较低的结合能,活性炭自身具有的催化性能及大比表面积.
英文摘要:
      Pt/AC, Pt/ZrO2, and Pt/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and their catalytic performances were comparatively investigated for catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO) of methylamine (MA). The experimental results indicate that the catalytic activity of Pt for CWAO of MA was significantly influenced by the supports. Among prepared catalysts, Pt/AC demonstrated the best catalytic activity probably due to the catalytic activity and high surface area of the support. The Pt/ZrO2 is less active and the Pt/Al2O3 plays the poorest activity. The MA was completely mineralized at 200, 250, and 280 ℃ over Pt/AC, Pt/ZrO2, and Pt/Al2O3 catalysts, respectively.
