      用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列Ru系双贵金属催化剂(Ru-M/ZrO2,M为Rh、Ir、Pd、Au、Pt),采用程序升温表面反应(TPSR)技术研究了其催化同时去除碳颗粒和NOx的活性,并考察了含硫含水条件对其活性的影响。结果表明,Ru系双贵金属催化同时去除碳颗粒和NOx的活性受贵金属组合的影响较为明显,Ru-Rh/ZrO2、Ru-Ir/ZrO2和Ru-Pd/ZrO2对碳颗粒和NOx同时去除表现了较高的协同活性,Tpeak低于510℃,η高于35%,其协同催化路径为:Ru催化NO氧化成NO2,Rh、Pd或Ir催化NO2与碳颗粒反应,使碳颗粒迅速氧化,同时NOx迅速还原。含硫含水条件对Ru系双贵金属催化去除碳颗粒具有促进作用,对Ru系双贵金属催化去除NOx具有抑制作用。与其他双贵金属催化剂相比,Ru-Rh/ZrO2和Ru-Ir/ZrO2表现了较强的抗硫抗水性能,而Ru-Pd/ZrO2的抗硫抗水性能最差。

      A series of ruthenium-based bi-noble metal catalysts (Ru-M/ZrO2, M is Rh, Ir, Pd, Au or Pt) were prepared by the method of incipient impregnation. Their activities for simultaneous removal of soot and NOx were measured under oxygen-rich condition and the influences of SO2 and H2O on them were also researched. The results show that the ruthenium-based bi-noble metal catalysts have activities for simultaneously removing soot and NOx and their activities are greatly affected by combinations of noble metals. Among these catalysts, Ru-Rh/ZrO2, Ru-Ir/ZrO2 and Ru-Pd/ZrO2 show higher synergic activities for simultaneous removal of soot and NOx, and Tpeak is lower than 510℃ and η is higher than 35%. The synergic catalytic removal paths are that: Ru catalyzes NO oxidation into NO2 and Rh, Pd or Ir catalyzes NO2 reaction with soot, which makes soot oxidize rapidly, simultaneously, makes NO2 reduce rapidly. The condition containing SO2 and H2O has a positive effect on ruthenium-based bi-noble metal catalysts in the process of removing soot, but has a suppressive effect in removing NOx. Compared with other bi-noble metal catalysts, Ru-Rh/ZrO2 and Ru-Ir/ZrO2 show higher resistance to SO2 and H2O, and Ru-Pd/ZrO2 has the worst resistance to SO2 and H2O.
