      采用溶胶-凝胶结合煅烧后处理方法,以聚苯乙烯(PS)胶球和EO20PO70EO20(P123)作为双模板剂制备了三维有序大孔复合材料3DOM TiO2-ZrO2。通过XRD、UV-Vis/DRS、XPS、SEM以及氮气吸附-脱附等测试手段对其组成、结构与表面形貌进行了表征。同时,研究了3DOM TiO2-ZrO2在多模式光催化条件下对有机污染物的降解情况。结果表明, 3DOM TiO2-ZrO2复合材料呈现的开放通透、 整齐有序的蜂巢状大孔结构不仅有利于有机污染物分子的输入与输出,而且其良好的晶型结构与较高的BET比表面积进一步增强了其在紫外光、微波辅助以及模拟日光光催化降解甲基橙中的活性。同时,该复合材料对多种类型结构的有机污染物均显示一定程度的降解。

      Using polystyrene (PS) spheres and EO20PO70EO20 (P123) as dual template agents, three- dimensionally ordered macroporous composite (3DOM) TiO2-ZrO2 was prepared through sol-gel method and post-processing calcination. The XRD, UV-Vis/DRS, XPS, SEM and N2 adsorption-desorption measurement were employed to characterize the composition, structure and surface morphology of 3DOM TiO2-ZrO2. Meanwhile, the phoyocatalytic degradation of 3DOM TiO2-ZrO2 about organic pollutants under multi-modes was studied. The results showed that, the neat, orderly, open and transparent macroporous structure in 3DOM TiO2-ZrO2 composite presented ‘honeycomb-like’ was in favor of the transmission of organic pollution, moreover, of which the well-defined crystal structure together with higher BET areas could enhance photocatalytic performance in the degradation of methyl orange under UV light, simulated sunlight and microwave-assisted photocatalytic conditions. Moreover, 3DOM TiO2-ZrO2 composite also showed a certain degree of degradation effect on the other organic pollutants with different structures.
