      本文采用吸附和交联、生物和非生物催化剂结合的方法,制得活性高、稳定性好并以Al_2O_3.为载体的固定化葡萄糖氧化酶,其性能优于文献报导的结果.

      In this study glucose oxidase (GOD) can be adsorbed on Al2O3 inorganic carrier followed by crosslinking with glutaraldehyde. In some cases superior results are obtained when the support is pretreated with TiCl4. The GOD catalysts co-immobilized with a very effective inorganic peroxide decomposition catalyst (Mn2O3) or an organic peroxide decomposition catalyst catalase (CAT) have higher activity and stability. Immobilized GOD made by different methods give superior results. The activities of two immobilized GOD are 470 u/g and 487 u/g, and the half-life 1216. 0 h and 1415. 9 h respectively
