      采用脉冲技术以气相苯加氢为探针反应,首次研究了轻稀土元素Ce,Pr,Nd对化学还原法制备的非晶态NiB合金催化剂遥加氢及抗硫性能的影响。用XRD鉴定结构,用DSC测定晶化温度;并用吸附CO,TPR,TPD等手段表征了轻稀土对非晶态NiB合金催化剂表面性质的影响。

      Amorphous NiB and NiBRE alloys were prepared by chemical reduction method. Gas phase hydrogenation of benzene was selected as probe reaction to study the effect of the addition of light rare earth elements on the catalytic activity and sulfur resistance of amorphous NiB alloy. XRD and DSC were used to examine the structure and crystallization temperature of catalysts. The surface properties of the alloys were characterized by CO absorption, TPR and TPD. Experimental results indicated that addition of a small amount of light rare earth elements improves the thermal stability, activity and sulfur resistance of amorphous NiB alloy. The probable reason is that the interaction between RE and NiB alloy makes the oxidized nickel species could be reduced more easily which results in the increase of the number of adsorbing sites. At the same time, the interaction decreases the strength of adsorbing bond and the activation energy for benzene hydrogenation over NiB alloy.
