      能源危机是人类即将面临的巨大挑战,碳水化合物等生物能源的开发利用已成为当今国际上的一大热点。葡萄糖、果糖及木糖作为最简单的碳水化合物,是制备重要的平台化合物的理想原料。本文从催化剂的选择、制备,催化性能以及催化机理等方面综述了近几年来单糖脱水制备小分子化学品的研究进展,并对以后的研究方向提供了建议。
英文摘要:
      Energy crisis is a huge challenge that people will be faced with, the exploitation of biological energy, such as carbohydrate, has become a hot point in the present world. Glucose, fructose and xylose, as the simplest carbohydrates, have been the ideal materials for the preparation of important platform chemicals. This paper introduces the advance in the choice of catalysts and dehydration mechanism of monosaccharide; also, some suggestions on future research and development are presented.
