      不对称催化氢化反应是合成许多手性药物、农药和精细化工中间体的重要方法,过渡金属/磷配体络合物催化剂在该反应中得到广泛应用。近年来,具有螺环骨架的新型配体已经成为手性配体设计合成的亮点;以磷原子为手性中心的双齿膦配体得到了快速发展。另一方面,不对称氢化反应在底物拓展方面取得突破性进展,如硝基烯烃、杂芳环亚胺等挑战性底物的氢化反应获得高的对映选择性。本文从烯烃、酮和亚胺三类底物的不对称氢化反应出发,着重综述近十年来过渡金属/磷配体络合物催化不对称氢化反应研究领域的新进展。
英文摘要:
      Catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation is a significant method for the synthesis of chiral pharmaceutical, pesticide and intermediates of fine chemicals. Transition metal complex catalysts are widely used in the hydrogenation. Chiral ligands with a spiro skeleton have been a highlight of design and synthesis. Chiral phosphine ligands with P-chirality have also been developed. On the other hand, the breakthroughs have been made in broading the substrate scope. Highly enantioselective hydrogenations of nitroalkenes and heteroaromatic imines have been explored. This review gives a brief overview on the progress of the synthesis of chiral phosphorous ligands and their application in the transition metal complex catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of alkenes, ketones and imines respectively over last 10 years.
