      本文以水热法合成了不同形貌的BiOBr样品。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、N2吸附-脱附和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(DRS)研究溶剂对BiOBr样品的晶形、形貌、孔径分布和比表面积、光学性质的影响;以罗丹明B为目标降解物,研究溶剂对BiOBr的可见光催化性能的影响。表征结果表明:各溶剂制得的BiOBr均为四方晶型,(001)特征峰的峰强依次为BiOBr-EG > BiOBr-HNO3 > BiOBr-GL > BiOBr-PVP;溶剂为EG的BiOBr样品为纳米片形貌,溶剂为HNO3的BiOBr样品为威化饼形貌,溶剂为GL的BiOBr样品为纳米棒状形貌,溶剂为PVP的BiOBr样品是微米球形貌;溶剂为EG、HNO3、GL和PVP的BiOBr样品的带隙能分别为2.74、2.78、2.82和2.83 eV,都能吸收可见光;溶剂为EG、HNO3、GL和PVP的BiOBr样品的比表面积分别为8.158、3.496、14.38和30.1281m2/g。催化活性结果表明:可见光降解罗丹明B的顺序为BiOBr-EG > BiOBr-HNO3 > BiOBr-GL > BiOBr-PVP。此外,本文阐述了溶剂对光催化降解RhB的影响机理。

      e BiOBr samples with various morphologies were prepared by hydrothermal method. The influences of solvents on their crystalline phase, morphology, pore distribution and BET, and optical property were studied by XRD, SEM, N2 adsorption-desorption and DRS. And the influences of solvents on photocatalytic efficiency were measured by RhB photo-degradation under visible-light irradiation. The results of characterization showed that all the as-prepared BiOBr samples were tetragonal phase, and the order of the relative diffraction intensity of the (001) was BiOBr-EG > BiOBr-HNO3 > BiOBr-GL > BiOBr-PVP; the morphologies of BiOBr samples prepared with EG, HNO3, GL and PVP were nanosheets, waffle-like flakes, nanorods and microspheres, respectively; the Eg of BiOBr samples prepared with EG, HNO3, GL and PVP was 2.74、2.78、2.82 and 2.83 eV, respectively, which indicated all as-prepared samples can be activated by the visible light; the BET of BiOBr samples prepared with EG, HNO3, GL and PVP was 8.158、3.496、14.38 and 30.1281m2/g, respectively. The results of RhB photo-degradation showed that the order of RhB degradation was BiOBr-EG > BiOBr-HNO3 > BiOBr-GL > BiOBr-PVP. Moreover, the mechanism of effect of solvents on RhB degradation was discussed in this paper.
